InTouch Teller^®: High Tech or High Touch?

InTouch Teller^® is a new way to do business with us at most ITCU branches. This state-of-the-art technology looks a lot like an ATM but offers additional functionality, including the ability to have a one-on-one conversation with our staff via touch screen monitor

With the help of a dedicated personal financial assistant, users will be able to perform the following transactions, quickly and easily, even during extended hours (see hours posted at your branch):

Make cash* and check deposits
Withdraw cash
Make loan payments using cash* or check
Complete account transfers
Answer questions when in-branch staff are unavailable

*No coins accepted

Most transactions not listed above can still be performed in the branch during hours that staff are available, and InTouch Teller can always be used to perform routine ATM functions when users don't need personalized help. We're excited to share InTouch Teller with you and invite you to stop by so we can demonstrate their features and see just how easy they are to use!

Don't forget, InTouch Teller is also available in our drive-up lanes (where applicable). This allows us to provide you with extended hours - either earlier, later or both - and a personal touch even when the branch is closed. Check out our locations page for hours.
